Payment is due at time of service - cash, check, all major credit cards, HSA, are accepted.

RATES:

$100 an hour for Individual Psychotherapy

$125 an hour for Couples Psychotherapy

Reduced fee services available on a limited basis. 

Payment: Cash, Check and all major Credit Cards. I can also bill you for a session and you can provide payment through Simple Practice.

For grant clients, services will be provided at the contracted rate.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you do not show up for your scheduled individual therapy appointment (60-90 minute session), and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

I highly value your confidentiality and will not disclose information without your permission and a written Release of Information (ROI). 

The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.

Exceptions include:

• Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.

• If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.

• If a client intends to harm himself/herself/themself/zirself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety.  If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
